• Fill out a roster (see list below) and drop it off at Diamond Eight Billiards in Latham or e-mail it to us.

• 8-Ball 3-player team (up to 5 players)
• 9-Ball 3-player team (up to 5 players)
• 10-Ball 3-player team (up to 5 players)

4-Player Teams

• 8-Ball 4-player team (up to 6 players)
• 9-Ball 4-player team (up to 6 players)
• 10-Ball 4-player team (up to 6 players)

5-Player Teams

• 8-Ball 5-player team (up to 8 players)
• 9-Ball 5-player team (up to 8 players)
• 10-Ball 5-player team (up to 8 players)
